Hello and Welcome!

My name is Ellen Mulligan of the Uicker-Mulligan Team at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Center Harbor, NH. We are located in the heart of the beautiful "Lakes Region" of New Hampshire. I began selling Real Estate here when waterfront values were a fraction of what they are worth today. The beauty of selling here in the Lakes Region is that the product is so varied and interesting; one day I might be showing farm property, the next day Island properties on Lake Winnipesaukee; as an example.

I have developed a philosophy of "Total commitment to service excellence" in every aspect of my business. My partner and mom; Rosemary Uicker, & I are the #1 team in the Lakes Region! Individually we have both been in the top 10 of 800+ agents in our area for most of our careers. The Uicker-Mulligan Team has over 40+ years of experience to offer our clients!

I reside in Gilford, New Hampshire with my husband and cat. We have 3 wonderful grown daughters & 2 adorable grandchildren.
